Challenge

American Aqua sought Lelander for a solution that went beyond building a website. They needed a highly functional and customizable platform that could be utilized across multiple brand websites.

The Pure Water Works website was outdated and didn’t match American Aqua’s branding, so we modernized both sites and brought them in line with the new brand image. To ensure cost-efficiency, we used a modular approach with WordPress.

Solution

Lelander created a 50-page website by strategizing the new content plan based on the best user experience for the new Pure Water Works platform. We opted for design modules relevant to the content, and managed the design elements by incorporating stock photos with existing branding.

Additionally, the team integrated existing web applications using Zapier, and linked Gravity Forms to Service Titan, a CRM tool. As a result, when a prospective client completes a lead form, the information is automatically funneled into their CRM, enhancing efficiency in managing customer relationships.

We also developed a user-friendly Contaminant Map Module, allowing site visitors to hover over dots on a map of Michigan. Each dot provided specific details about water quality and contaminants in that area, linking users to comprehensive reports for a deeper understanding. This innovative approach transformed both websites into an educational hub for customers, bridging the information gap in the marketplace.
